Summary:

Are you passionate about the beauty of outdoor spaces? Do you have a knack for sales and a keen eye for landscape design? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Design and Sales Representative to join our team at Mean Green Lawn and Landscape. As a Landscape Design and Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in designing and selling our landscape services to clients and helping them transform their outdoor spaces into stunning and functional environments.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with clients within 24-48 hours for new estimates requested.
• Meet with clients to discuss their landscaping vision and budget.
• Prepare design plans using CAD and work through revisions with client’s based on their feedback.
• Prepare proposals for landscaping, hardscaping, and other installations based on landscape design plan.
• Price plant material and other goods from local vendors for best pricing options.
• Coordinate plan installation with production managers once project is sold and deposit is obtained.
• Schedule an onsite meeting with production managers to outline the project and scope.
• Obtain signed change order (including price of work to be performed) for any additional work to be done that was not included in the signed contract and update estimates.
• Oversee project installation, working with production managers, to ensure final product meets and exceeds client’s expectations based on plan and proposal.
• Follow up with client on satisfaction with projects and ensure office collects final payment, including any change orders.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in landscape design.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales.
• Intermediate to advance knowledge designing in CAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• This is a sales and design position – Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of landscape plants and plant materials used in northern Texas.
• General knowledge of construction materials and method of assembly.
• General knowledge of grading and drainage design.
• Comfortable working with a team, as well as being an individual performer in a face-paced office and field environment.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
