We are looking for a high performing candidate with approximately one to three years of experience working in sustainability, social impact, CSR and/or ESG programs. Porter Novelli works for clients in the apparel, retail, technology, financial services, food and health care industries on a range of assignments including sustainability reporting, materiality assessments, sustainability and purpose strategy, social and environmental performance, and sustainability communications. The core focus of this position is working with a team to develop sustainability reports, sustainability strategy, operations and policies for leading organizations.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or person with 1-3 years of sustainability experience from either college or graduate course material or prior internship and work experience. Relevant experience includes contributing to the process of sustainability reporting and supporting the development and execution of corporate responsibility and/or environmental programs. Candidates should be strong researchers, have experience in project management, and have interest in a range of ESG topics – for example: regenerative agriculture, climate change, packaging, chemicals, responsible sourcing, supply chain, energy, water, recycling, circular economy, human rights, social impact, philanthropy, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
