Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for increasing revenue and profitability. As an effective Account Manager, you will work with our client base as a relationship manager, handle incoming leads, and uncover enhancement opportunities for current customers. NationalLink has multiple marketing campaigns generating leads; this position will manage those leads. This position is predominately an inside sales role, based out of our Glendora office.
NationalLink’s Account Managers are results-oriented, focusing on growing profitable revenue while maintaining excellent customer service. Our clients are across the US. Candidates with an account management background are encouraged to apply.
This position is based in Glendora, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business growth plans and drive profitable revenue with potential customers to understand their specific needs and provide value-added service solutions
- Manage accounts and leads to successfully close sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while maintaining trust and results
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to manage one's business without daily supervision and coaching
- Able to maintain a documented "pipeline" of sales activity and prospect
- Participate in the district budgeting and planning process by forecasting revenue, performing market analysis, and projecting impact of new and existing customer developments
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for accounts, including assessing where other product lines can be utilized
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Account management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing relationships and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years field sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
