Our company is looking for a driven and determined Inside Sales Representative to provide support throughout the full-cycle sales process. We're looking for someone who is looking for growth within an organization as well as someone who can keep relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support our Sales and Accounting team from order entry through delivery of custom equipment and final invoicing
• Review order acknowledgements from factory and confirming accuracy to the approved submittal and customer purchase order
• Work closely with customers and manufactures to coordinate all aspects of ordering, shipping, and delivery and provide continuous updates
• Assist Outside and Inside sales team with equipment selection, quotes, and startup/service issues as needed
• Generate job specific Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals to provide the customer with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipment purchased
