Full description of the position
Kustom US has an IMMEDIATE opening in Business Development for our North Carolina division! You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with the key decision makers for commercial properties, insurance agencies, third-party administrators, and other organizations, that can lead to quality referrals for cleaning, construction, and disaster restoration services in that area.
Position Type: Full Time, Mid-Senior Level
Salary Pay Range: $80K-100K, Negotiable; depending on experience and sub-trade network of vendors
Incentives: Eligible for commission based in addition to salary

Salary Pay Range: $80K-100K, Negotiable; depending on experience and sub-trade network of vendors
Incentives: Eligible for commission based in addition to salary
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new customers, generate, and secure business referral opportunities, and new restoration projects.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
- Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.
- Manage a customer contact database, coordinate marketing routes, drop off schedules, and thank you notes for work received.
- Develop and sustain marketing materials as well as current product knowledge to meet minimum sales goals.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2 – 4 years of relationship selling experience, B2B preferred sales experience preferred.
- Intermediate level computer and technology skills, internet savvy.
- Strong Account Executive networks within various construction organizations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
