Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual focused on personal and professional growth, with a desire for career advancement. Your skillset will be foundational in assisting a dynamic team responsible for Shelf Set Coordination, Merchandising, and Relief Account Management. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient operations. Your exceptional strategic thinking and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales initiatives. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising: Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation, accurate pricing, and attractive product displays in retail locations. Monitor merchandising standards and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Shelf Set Coordination: Participate in the coordination of shelf set activities, including planning, implementation, and execution of product displays and merchandising strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space, improve product visibility, and enhance overall customer experience.
Relief Account Management: Periodically assist with covering sales territories during absences or vacancies. Ensure seamless continuity of sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution. Collaborate on joint initiatives and provide valuable input to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience in sales, sales support, merchandising, or related roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all internal and external customers.
Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Must be able to lift 45 lbs

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range:
- $43,000-$47,000 per year
- Vehicle Stipend $6,000 per year (paid biweekly at $230.77)
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
