About us

Easy Street JD&S, LLC is a small family owned forklift dealership located in Carol Stream, IL. We provide forklifts, rentals, service, parts and warehouse racking.

We are currently seeking candidates for our Parts and Sales Assistant position. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the restocking of parts purchases, as well as, provide customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and vendor on phone and email.
• Help count inventory and keep parts cage organized.
• Pack boxes to ship parts.
• Drive to pick up and drop off parts.
• Create Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Quotes and Item Fulfillments for new parts orders.
• Handle customers and clients in a professional manner.
• Assist with mailing parts and brochures.
• Learn the features of the company's products and services.

Knowing how to use Outlook mail, Word, Excel and Netsuite is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Carol Stream, IL 60188: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
