Job Description

Center Insurance is an independent property and casualty agency located in North Easton, MA. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager/CSR to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude working well with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Agency Management Systems
• Massachusetts Property and Casualty license preferred

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple insurance accounts, including renewals, new business and claims. This includes maintaining active business and following up on all calls from customers.

• Work with current customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that meet those needs.
• Provide customers with product information, application forms, quotes, etc. and answer any questions they may have regarding products or applications.
• Work directly with policyholders to provide information regarding their policies and offer solutions for resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain client files and records by following company guidelines . Keeping clients informed about their policies is a top priority for this role.
