The candidate must:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Educating patients on proposed treatments as directed by the surgeon.
  • Managing all interactions with the patient both pre op and post operatively.
  • Work closely with the doctors and other providers involved in all aspects of the patient’s experience.
  • Manage all patient payments and financing.
  • Provide scheduling for the patient.
  • Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public.
  • Act as a liaison between patient and surgeon.
  • Responsible for selling products and services to our patients when they are visiting our practice and/or during their consultations (in-person or phone)
  • Following up with previous patients to renew their interest.
  • Counsels new and prospective cosmetic patients on booking procedures in person and via phone, e-mail and mail follow up communication
  • Books cosmetic surgeries and works with surgical coordination team to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Oversees booking of treatments, procedures, pre op appointments, post op appointments, follow ups and surgeries
  • Works with scheduling team to ensure doctor's schedule is optimized for efficiency
  • Gaining knowledge on health requirements for surgery.

Accomplishes conversion and expansion objectives by:

  • Tracking, reviewing, and analyzing metrics including number of consultations conducted, number of consults closed, and revenue per closed consultation.
  • Continually working on skills such as patient needs assessment, building rapport, treatment presentation, and overcoming objections.
  • Being fully educated on all products, treatments, procedures, programs, and promotions offered and by being accomplished on clearly and effectively educating patients on them.
  • Clearly and thoroughly educating patients on pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care.
  • Being fully informed of all financing options available.
  • Following all standard protocol for unclosed consultations.
  • Conducting confirmation calls, follow-up calls, and post-treatment consultations.
  • Conducting quarterly Retention Analysis on products and treatments.
  • Tracking monthly consult to conversion ratios for quantitative analysis.
  • Achieves business growth objectives by developing business partnerships and relationships via community outreach, presentations at local businesses, distribution of materials, and development of referral programs

Requirements:

YOU MUST PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN

Minimum 1 year experience in sales, ideally as a Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding goals.
