Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will have sales and/or customer service experience along with the ability to build relationships with both current and prospective customers. If you want the opportunity to work with an international team and grow together.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Oversee the daily sales operations
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Establish sales goals and metrics
• Train and evaluate employees
• Cold calling if needed
• Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software preferred
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Ability to effectively work with clients to develop relationships
• Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and lead a team
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals
• Excellent written and communication skills to effectively do presentations, create documents and manage relationships with the internal team, clients, and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Des Moines, IA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Software Sales: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
