This role is responsible for selling our products and services through new-business generation and customer management.
Primary Responsibilities:
What does it take to be successful? You need to be organized to manage your call schedule to adequately cover your assigned territory. You'll also need to keep your call reports, expense reimbursements, and customer invoices up-to-date. You need to be personable and professional - the faster you can build relationships the more you can build a network of referrals. And above all, you need to know and understand our products to build credibility. We'll help with this piece through training; the more you put into learning the more you'll get out of it.
- Learn and demonstrate strong OEM product and service knowledge including attending off-site training opportunities when available. Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform customer communications and prospect strategies.
- Identify and prospect customers by building a network of referrals and utilizing OEM resources that provide opportunities to make new contacts.
- Develop and present sales proposals to prospective and existing customers. Utilize resources creatively to overcome objections that lead to sales growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers to translate first time sales into repeat sales.
- Maintain and document accurate sales and customer account information to fulfill legal and compliance requirements.
- Exhibit discretion in solving customer dissatisfaction or escalating to management as needed.
- You'll have the ability to sell all makes and models of brands and tire services. We'll provide hands-on training with our current Sales Representatives to ensure you're knowledgeable before you're provided with sales targets. That being said, we're looking for someone with grit, determination, and passion. Your sales will be obtained by physically visiting customer sites and building relationships.

Requirements:
- Candidates must have and maintain an insurable driver's license.
- Physical requirements 60-80, position does include tire pick up and delivery for customers.
