Our Lilburn location is located in the heart of Gwinnett county on Lawrenceville highway and has over 8,000 square feet of Ladies fashions and accessories.

we will be doing open interviews Tuesday, August 1st from 10-1 so swing by and group interview. Personality is key to this position! If you are kind, happy and love to help people shop this is going to be your happy zone. Work 1x a week or 5. We are closed sundays and Mondays.

Position Offered – Part-Time or Full-Time Sales Associate, Lilburn Location

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, selling products, using our POS system to ring up sales, clearing fitting rooms and contributing to the visual merchandising of the store. Reports to the Assistant Manager, Store Manager and Owner.

Customer Service:Establishing rapport with customers to provide excellent service. Starting and clearing fitting rooms. Handling any customer issues and problems in conjunction with Assistant Manager and Store Manager
Sales: Greeting customers, recommending merchandise, providing product information and suggestions to meet or exceed sales goals, listing products on social media platforms, accurately ringing sales through the POS system
Inventory: Sorting incoming consignments, checking consignor accounts in computer system and communicating status with consignor, tagging and steaming incoming items

Online Orders: Pulling sold online orders in between regular sales to get them ready to process and ship

Merchandising: Displaying merchandise in a visually appealing manner, correctly placing items in proper location on sales floor.

Candidate Requirements:
NO RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
Must have a positive attitude and friendly personality with customer service focus
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
The ability to multi-task

Must be able to work 2 Saturday’s a month

Compensation:
Flexible schedule: part-time or full-time positions available – some Saturdays required but not all
