Service Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Rep with strong sales and marketing skills.
We are currently hiring for this position to respond to the increasing demand for emergency services and restoration around San Diego County! SSR is committed to restoring commercial and residential properties damaged by fire, water, and other natural disasters. At SSR, we pride ourselves on our customer service and ability to meet the needs of our partners, clients, and community. That is why we are seeking the best of the best to join our Sales and Marketing Team.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in business development experience
• Must be comfortable approaching and speaking clients in both professional and social environments.
• Must be willing to follow through consistently with leads and prospects to develop strong long-lasting relationships.
• A positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethics.
• Work well under pressure and have exceptional time management skills.
• Must be computer savvy and coachable to manage clients through our exclusive sales software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present sales proposals
• Connect with clients and prospects via meetings, phone, social media, zoom, email etc.
• Attend marketing functions; including golf tournaments, charitable events and other networking events many which are after normal business hours

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay (UNCAPPED)

• Rancho Bernardo, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
