We're a multi-state business, with two branches in GA, one in TN, and a new one coming soon to Destin, FL!

Position Overview: The Wildlife & Insulation Specialist Sales Representative/Field Inspector will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by performing all aspects of insulation, rodent and wildlife services through service stops and other customer interactions. Must perform inspections to close out sales and jobs.

Able to take DNR test to qualify for wildlife contact.

All eligible applicants will need to use a personal vehicle for the first 90 days. Once the 90 days are over a company truck and paid gas card will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

Meet potential customers by appointment, prepare, present and close new business. Conduct inspections of all kinds including insulation, rodent and wildlife inspections and services of all kinds including treatments and insulation replacement. Diagnose and resolve wildlife issues.
Install/remove varying types of insulation including spray foam and blown. You will be moving around in various spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
Diagram properties for treatment, read diagrams and explain diagrams.
Review and communicate contracts with customer and receive payment.
Perform exclusion services.
Perform trap checks both snap and live, relocate animals to appropriate designated areas.
Apply products according to label and Rite Way operating procedures.
Schedule follow-up services as needed.

General Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and product labels.
Mathematical skills to calculate figures such as linear feet, square feet, and percentages.
Must be able to move, navigate and climb all types of ladders including 40-foot ladders.
Comfortable working on roofs, inside attics and crawlspaces.
Flexible in job duties.
Comfortable working with different types of equipment.
Time management and organizational skills. Must be comfortable with making periodic stops to the office to pick up/drop off client contracts, drop off cash or check payments, and check in with the office admin/manager about the progress of clients.

Leadership initiative and ensuring everything is completed on time, either on your own or through delegation of tasks from Supervisors.

Experience and Requirements:

Service-minded, motivated and an independent self-starter.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Must hold or be able to pass required state licenses.
Work outside in variable weather conditions.

MUST HAVE some form of experience dealing with pests/wildlife!! Whether that be with common pests like rats, mice, squirrels (etc.) or with larger animals such as raccoons, opossums, deer or aquatic birds.

MUST HAVE some form of experience within hard labor work! Blue-collar experience is a plus.

Compensation: $30,000-90,000 yearly, depending on experience

or hourly pay.
