Estimator/Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

This job is for a startup of maintenance, service repair, and remodeling company. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats including the following.

• find new customers
• estimate new jobs
• find contractors to complete the work
• ensure the work is done in a timely fashion.
• bill the customer for the completed work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Must be able identify and recruit top maintenance workers
• Manage production and make sure workers are completing their work appropriately.
• Billing customers after service jobs are completed.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Sales
• 3+ years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a vehicle and own transportation.
• Must want to be apart of building and sustaining a large organization of service companies.

Salary

• Salary will be competitive and based largely on experience and what applicant brings to the table
• This is a six figure earning opportunity that will have based of $40,000 but also offer immediate commission and bonuses.
• This is a sales position!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,474.00 - $106,425.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Mansfield, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
• Direct sales: 1 year (Required)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
