As a Door-to-Door Canvassing Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, educating them about our offerings, and generating sales leads for our team of sales professionals.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our sales team as a Door-to-Door Canvassing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers within designated neighborhoods or communities. Your primary objective will be to promote our windows, roofing, and siding products, generate interest, and ultimately secure sales appointments for our sales team. Your enthusiasm, persuasive communication skills, and ability to build rapport will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct door-to-door visits to residential properties, introducing homeowners to our company's windows, roofing, and siding products.

2. Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, clearly explaining the features, benefits, and value of our products.

3. Generate leads and record relevant customer information accurately, using provided CRM systems or lead tracking tools.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for in-home consultations or product demonstrations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct sales is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to quickly establish rapport and build trust with homeowners.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to daily/weekly targets.

6. Knowledge or interest in the construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus but not required.

7. Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools is beneficial.

8. Reliable transportation is required to reach assigned neighborhoods or communities.

9. Must be comfortable working outdoors and navigating different neighborhoods and communities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage and Uncapped bonus commissions, $55,000-$75,000 total target compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,492.27 - $60,807.90 per year
