Full description of the position

Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the Barton & Gray Business Sales and Marketing Team on a wide range of projects related to sales administration, lead management, marketing, event planning and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Coordinator with answering handling inbound leads and maintaining sales database
• Provide assistance on internal member experience sales efforts
• Assist with all aspects of event planning including scheduling, detailing, logistics, ordering swag, shipping collateral, transportation, accommodations, invitations, RSVPs, registration, contracts, agreement, staffing and recaps.
• Assist with event content for company social media and website
• Provide a professional and hospitable attitude and communicatively properly via phone, email and in person at events

Skills

• Customer service experience
• Event planning experience
• Experience with luxury brands
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Passion for yachting, luxury experiences and hospitality

Requirements

• College Graduate
• Valid, unencumbered drivers license
• Ability to work a varying scheduling including occasional evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
