We're looking for smart, hard-working, and hungry salespeople to join our high-performance sales team. No prior sales experience is required! We will teach you how to sell. We will invest heavily in training and developing you. If you want to get into sales and are eager to learn, you will excel in this role.

You will be responsible for contacting hiring managers, developing relationships, and evangelizing our best-in-class recruiting services. You will work hard to build your pipeline and close new clients.

Responsibilities

• Master the Facet story and sales pitch
• Understand deeply the challenges hiring managers face today
• Expertly craft email and LinkedIn messages to potential prospects
• Relentlessly pursue new clients for Facet
• Set meetings with decision-makers at top companies
• Achieve your quota

Requirements

• Passion for selling for the tech industry
• 4-year degree preferred

Compensation

• Annual Base Salary: $45,000
• Annual Commissions: $25,200+ NO CAP
• Total Annual Compensation: $70,200+
