Key Property Services, Inc. continues to expand and innovate as one of the largest property management companies in Clark County and will now be managing in OR. We currently have several Community Manager position available in the Portland Metro Area as well as a new 46 unit property in Tillamook, OR. The Tillamook property will require you to have both office management and light maintenance skills. All of the other properties in Portland Metro area will be for a Community Manager position only.

Location: Portland Metro Area and Tillamook, OR

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills

Responsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Education and/or Experience:

• 2 years previous experience as Community Manager
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing: (Highly Preferred)
• Current real estate license is beneficial.
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.
