Responsibilities for the AT&T Customer Sales Representative:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately through in person channels.
• Educate customers on AT&T products and services, including wireless, internet, and TV
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions and maintain records
• Meet and exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on AT&T products, services, and promotions

Requirements of the AT&T Customer Sales Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
• Proficiency in computer applications and ability to multitask while on the phone
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of AT&T products and services is a plus
