Setpoint Mechanical is seeking a CARRIER HVAC Parts Sales Associate. This role would provide HVAC parts-related service to customers. You will also be responsible for parts identification, order management, inventory selection and pricing. This position commands a self-starting, well organized individual to develop and maintain industry sales. The customer base will include commercial HVAC owners, commercial self-servicing end users, and commercial contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts sales of Carrier HVAC parts and supplies over the phone, email, and potential walk-in customers.
• Develops, maintains, and cultivates new customer relationships.
• Responsible for managing leads and opportunities from existing, and/or new customer base.
• Possesses knowledge of the commercial Carrier product line to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
• Possesses knowledge of various commercial HVAC product lines, including service and supply items and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
• Supports the efforts of the outside sales team through order fulfillment, item identification and sourcing, and customer outreach.
• Engage with team members to properly identify customers' needs - then estimate, design, and accurately quote projects.
• Effectively accelerates critical orders and sources hard-to-find items.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC industry experience specifically with Carrier equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Have a solid work ethic
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check

Salary will be is commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
