We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team as a 3rd party vendor for AT&T working in store. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling AT&T's products and services to customers, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Greet customers and determine their needs, offering suggestions and solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Proven retail sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to provide product demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $1,803.50 per week
