Join FPI Security Services as a Security Account Manager, exclusively managing the security needs of one key client while also overseeing a team of dedicated security personnel. Your expertise will ensure the safety and protection of our client's assets and personnel while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of the client's security requirements, building strong rapport and trust as the primary point of contact.
• Tailored Security Solutions: Collaborate closely with the client to implement customized security solutions that align with their unique needs and industry best practices.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure fulfillment of contractual agreements, delivering all security services and commitments.
• Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor and evaluate security measures, making data-driven adjustments for enhanced performance.
• Security Training: Conduct training sessions for the client's staff, enhancing overall security awareness.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of security personnel, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Security Experience: Preferred experience in the security industry.
• Client-Focused: Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships with exceptional customer service skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve security challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to provide timely solutions.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to handle evolving security requirements.
