Full description of the position

• Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred
• Schedule Vehicle Service Appointments
• Responsible for handling internet leads, inbound phone calls and customer retention
• Establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Adhere to high ethical standards while maintaining gross profit and customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
