In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Inside sales is critical to our success in being able to care for our customers and grow our relationship with them. Contact current and potential customers to grow prospects and sales. This role serves as a key member of the Cadence team to drive overall market and prospect research. Provide general administrative support for a large engineering consulting office.
- Understand sanitary equipment to improve client and team knowledge
- Training across multiple manufacturers on product categories
- Work with engineers and the Cadence team on equipment orders and tracking
- Drive product sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities
- Actively solicit product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate
- Provide telephone support to customers
- Engage in other sales-related duties as needed
- Lead, guide, coach less experienced team members
- Support the Cadence team and outside sales team with pricing requests and formal quotes for parts, equipment, and services
- Support the Project Management team
- Ability and desire to learn new industries, technologies, and software
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- BS or equivalent experience in related field and 1+ year(s) of customer service/inside sales experience
