Job Summary:
The Regional Account Manager will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team selling On-Site Technical Services to new clients and expand our service offering with established clients in the manufacturing and heavy industrial sectors in Louisiana and Texas. The Regional Account Manager will work directly with client representatives planning and implementing projects while identifying new opportunities ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
- Establish and develop relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and securing business to meet recognized sales targets within the On-Site Technical Services business line.
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion of services and resolving client concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
- Work with the technical teams to develop scope of work, cost estimates, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.
- Continually update and properly manage sales opportunities using CRM software while nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work directly with client representatives onsite planning and implementing projects while identifying new opportunities ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support marketing efforts.
- Participate in local trade shows and company trainings as appropriate.
- Support accounts receivable efforts as needed.
Typical day-to-day activities include:
- Making sales calls
- Scheduling and attending sales meetings
- Tracking sales activities in the CRM
- Developing and delivering project proposals
- Attending networking events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Equivalent experience accepted in place of degree.
- Experience working with environmental, health, and safety professionals in manufacturing and heavy industrial markets OR Selling Human Capital Management (HCM)/Staffing Services.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal instructions and pre-established guidelines and timetables to perform the functions of the job.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including database programs.
- Excellent verbal communication, written, and organizational skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
