Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Position Description
Mid-level OCM lead consultant required for a major technology upgrade project.
Candidate should be within proximity to Columbus, Ohio or have a willingness to travel for on-site meetings in Columbus.
Your future duties and responsibilities
This change manager should have experience in implementing change management programs for major system implementations. Important activities include Stakeholder engagement, communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders, roles and responsibilities for affected organizations, system training plans for both internal and external users and implementation/rollout plan for all users. He/she should have experience in implementing change management programs, identifying and creating change management deliverables, working on a diverse program of projects and with a diverse stakeholder group, and provide advisory services to the client.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Perform impact analysis and create action plan to minimize impacts
o Assess business readiness
o Assess ODH culture and create plans appropriate to that culture
o Create stakeholder engagement plans for all groups
o Create plans to identify and mitigate risks, identify change blockers and resistors
o Keep stakeholders included, informed, and engaged
o Create comms plans for separate initiatives and stakeholder groups
o Form a change network (identify and work with change champions)
o Assist in development of training materials - tailor by stakeholder group
o Create training plan and assist in training roll out
o Track Adoption: ensure training meets the needs of stakeholders, follow up on buy-
in, track metrics
o Create an Adoption Guide for stakeholders
o Assist with how to plan the transition from the old to the new system
o Assess rollout impact to internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Five to seven years of recent relevant work experience in organizational change management or business transformation.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600 - $198,400"

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
