Full description of the position

Anytime Fitness in Johns Creek, GA is looking for a Motivated, Dynamic individual to join our Team!!!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create additional traffic & generate sales.
  • Oversee the operations and production.
  • Must create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, & guests.
  • You will be required to have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Requirements:
  • At least one-year experience directly managing a team.
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and developing a sales focused and customer centric team.
  • Experience in sales management and outside marketing.
  • Create and maintain business to business relationships.
  • Manage the club's customer relationship management system as provided by the organization.
  • Create a presence and be involved in the community through events, health fairs, wellness activities etc.
  • Must meet and maintain all key performance indicators as outlined by the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in the fitness industry (preferred).
  • Promote and sell Personal Training to new and existing members.
  • Promote, maintain and exemplify the Anytime Fitness brand among health club members, potential health club members and among company staff.
  • Ensure that Anytime Fitness policies and procedures are properly disseminated and followed.
  • Handle customer service issues that may arise in the health club.
  • Manage staff of personal trainers to ensure clients needs are met.
  • Perform any other duties that are assigned, from time to time.
  • Ensure cleanliness of club at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
