POSITION SUMMARY:

EZ Waste is proud to be a family owned company that specializes in the collection and transportation of commercial, industrial waste. Our philosophy is to put the customer first. Business Growth Sales Representatives are in charge of discovering leads and gaining new business growth for EZ Waste.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and pursue leads to gain new businesses.
• Diagnose customer needs and establish ways that benefit customers with EZ Waste policy.
• Build relationships with customers to exceed customer expectations.
• Identify key customer points and negotiate ways that will benefit both customers and EZ Waste.
• Ability to create self-goals and exceed during a required period of time.
• Utilize company resources to gain knowledge about what our company has to offer and finalize sales with customers.
• Create relationships with customers and have good recollection of customers.
• Utilize cold calling in order to gain company growth in an orderly way.
• Simultaneously be able to create and use problem solving techniques to better assist customers and be beneficial to EZ Waste.
• Finalize and sign Service Agreement with customers in a fast and efficient manner.
• Communicate and utilize team members to better assist customers and generate overall growth for the company.
• Recognize company competitors and ways EZ Waste can overcome them.
• Perform other assigned duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or 5 years relevant sales experience. (Required)
• Waste Service experience. (Preferred)
• Two (2) years experience with customer sales with proven performance history. (Required)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs. (Required)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States. (Required)
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. (Required)
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe. (Required)
• Must have persuasive communication skills and organizational skills.
• Must be good with time management.
• Proficient and professional writing ability.
• Professional and personable attitude when interacting with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60 - $21.19 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
