Duties:

• Place inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments between homeowners and Solatube Sales Representatives.
• Receive and process inbound sales leads from web, phone, emails and tradeshows.
• Interact with and assist showroom walk-in customers.
• Dispatch sales and installation teams.
• Update and maintain CRM system when interacting with customers.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain communication with customers throughout the installation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience providing professional-level customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong phone presence.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
