Job Description: We are seeking energetic and driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our team for a Solar Sales Blitz 10 Day Campaign. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be part of a focused and fast-paced sales effort aimed at generating leads and closing solar sales within a specific timeframe. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while promoting clean energy solutions and making a positive impact on the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a targeted solar sales blitz campaign to generate leads and close solar sales.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods or commercial areas to engage potential customers.
- Initiate conversations with homeowners or business owners, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and qualify their interest.
- Schedule appointments for consultations or site assessments with interested prospects.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the advantages of solar energy and addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Prepare customized solar proposals, outlining the financial benefits, system design, and available incentives for each customer.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close sales and secure signed agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation, including system design, permitting, installation, and interconnection.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any post-installation inquiries or concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Solar Sales Blitz campaign.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
