***CUSTOMER SERVICE/BDC***

Transitowne jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Elma is in immediate need of Customer Service/BDC Personnel to work with our Sales Team in our Business Development Center. Duties include working with sales department, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, internet leads and chats, setting sales appointments, and contacting existing customer base by phone, mail, and email to maintain and increase customer loyalty and sales.

Applicant must possesses the following traits:

• Positive outgoing personality
• Positive attitude
• Friendly demeanor
• Ability to work with others as a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good phone skills
• Automotive BDC experience preferred
