Position Title: RFID Account Manager
Reports To: SVP, Sales & Marketing
Position Summary:
The RFID Account Manager will provide leadership to support RFID sales and marketing functions to ensure Hana’s RFID Unit is meeting goals that contribute to Hana's overall success. Assisting in managing key activities to enhance Hana’s already-strong presence in the RFID, Micro Electronic industry, business relationships with key customers will be essential. This position is responsible for managing assigned accounts and being the central hub of communications between the customer and all internal departments. This includes managing all phases of assigned accounts and collaborating with program management and all applicable departments to ensure customers are experiencing a positive customer-company relationship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; (business or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Proven experience in account or program management
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Superior organization and problem-solving skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship building
- Experience with and knowledge of engineering & applications preferred
- Knowledge & skills to develop & evaluate business cases around RFID product offerings preferred
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate with customers to ensure all needs are understood & serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build strong customer relationships to retain & acquire new clientele/customers
- Manage all functions related to customer support from initial order to verification of proper shipment
- Reads, understands, & distributes customer scorecard to appropriate personnel
- Build long term relationships with customer in support of organizational strategic directions
- Develop & oversee implementation of strategies to improve business development & continuous improvement
- Coordinate logistics information for new & existing customers
- Produce accurate & timely reporting of assigned accounts
- Work closely with primary sales contact on quoting & pricing for account needs including profitability analysis
- Demonstrated leadership to resolve customer related issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs
- Support internal production with customer demand planning
- Provide customer input to internal stakeholders regarding account needs
- Produce accurate & timely reporting of account status as needed
- Analyze, understand, & manage account risks
- Attend & provide logistical support for tradeshows & industry meetings.
- Some travel may be necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Creative thinking –ability to develop & create new ideas, systems, & relationships for the success of Hana
- MS Office
- Ability to identify new opportunities & exploit them to the benefit of our company
- Understanding of the manufacturing processes & RFID technology preferred
- Ability to build & manage Excel models for pricing, materials, & planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
