Job Description

ALCOR Capital Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Call Center Manager to join our Chicago, IL team. The Sales Call Center Manager will be responsible for the sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. You will be an integral part of a team that is focused on providing the best service to our customers. This position will report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities:
·Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customer accounts
·Generate sales leads from existing accounts
·Assist in the development of new business opportunities
·Maintain knowledge of company products and services
·Conduct regular follow-up calls with current and prospective customers
·Assist in the development of new business opportunities
·Participate in regular company meetings to discuss company growth strategies and prospects for new business opportunities
·Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
·2-3 years of experience in cold calling sales preferred but not required
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal skills required. Must be self-motivated, self-directed, results driven, and able to work independently. Must be willing to participate in all aspects of managing business operations as well as share ideas on how to better manage the sales process. Must be willing to learn new processes and technology. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
