Job Description:

Robertson Furniture Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for an Inside B2B Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including but not limited to: answering customer calls, responding to emails, and buiding project quotes. We are looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Identifying customers' needs and selling products/services
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries
• Keeping track of all inbound calls and providing follow-up support when needed
• Creating accurate records of conversations in order to provide accurate information to customers
• Following up on missed sales leads and providing follow-up support when needed
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products services
• Documenting conversations using our CRM system (preferred Salesforce)

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business-to-business Sales representative or similar role
• Understanding of sales practices and customer service best practices
• Expertise with computer applications (e.g. MS Office, Internet & Email) and computer skills, Mac (preferred) or Windows
• Customer service orientation and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy is important
