Full Job Description

The Charter Sales Coordinator will communicate and issue quotes to clients, articulating the company’s capabilities to clients. Candidates must have strong phone and computer skills. They must work to coordinate transportation for school activities, school sports, and private charters. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts and potential new accounts.

Responsibilities; include but are not limited to:

· Quoting transportation costs to current & potential clients in a timely fashion.

· Gathering details and itineraries from clients and updating trips.

· Communicating with clients and coworkers via phone and email.

· Follow up on sale leads.

Qualifications

· Previous charter bus sales experience is preferred but not necessary.

· Strong computer skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to complete work accurately within given deadlines.

· Willingness to learn new software programs as needed in a timely manner.

· Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and quickly within time frames allowed.

· Excellent navigation skills.

· Ability to work well with others to accomplish goals in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
