Job Responsibilities

The main role of this position will be in handling on day-to-day marketing and advertising campaign deliverables and client requests. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Participating in weekly status meetings, following up on assigned action items and ensuring that all deadlines are met

- Conducting light copywriting, reviewing and proofreading advertising materials

- Facilitating translation requests in multiple languages and approvals

- Assisting in event coordination and execution

- Communicating with external vendors and media partners to complete assigned projects

- Supporting on planning and buying Asian American media channels, including TV, print, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and digital

- Responsible for timely research and campaign performance reporting

- Actively assist with project management based on experience

- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years experience in marketing or advertising

- Bilingual in English and Chinese/Korean preferred

- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop a plus

- Experience working with Chinese/Korean social media channels is a plus

- Experience working on creative production is a plus

- Proactive and can work independently at a fast pace

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail

- Interest in working with diverse communities

- Occasional travel may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
