As an Inside Sales Representative at Lawn Doctor, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our services based on their needs. It's a great job for an ambitious professional who has an interest in our industry and can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. You will multi-task, learn plenty and build your ability to drive sales and growth through phone and email contact.
Requirements:

• MUST HAVE sales experience OR willing to learn sales process.
• Must be comfortable on phone/cold and warm leads
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities:

• Complete Sales Campaigns assigned by Sales Manager and Management team
• Contact and follow through with leads provided by Operations Team
• Answer current and potential new customers' questions and offer our services to address their needs
• Accurately document and maintain records of Sales
