The Role

At Digital Impulse, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We’re hunting for a highly organized, highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This full-time position will play an important role in helping to drive revenue for the agency.

The right candidate is excited about all things new business development. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will have touch points with some of the most important parts of the sales process. Organizing opportunities, helping to create strategies, managing our sales funnel in HubSpot, and assisting in the creation of proposals and presentation are all parts of this job.

The Responsibilities

• Organize and track sales leads as they come into the agency
• Mange leads in our HubSpot account, tracking them through the sales funnel
• Assist in the creation of proposals and presentation
• Assist in the creation of strategies tailored to close new business

The Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-5 years of digital marketing experience. Knowledge of web development processes, paid search, SEO and social media
• Experience using HubSpot
• Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• The highest level of positivity
• Excitement for new business development
