Account Manager

Tricon Group Inc. is a Professional Facilities Service Company, services include snow & ice management, exterior building pressure washing, garage pressure washing, parking lot/garage sweeping, parking lot maintenance, property maintenance, general contracting, commercial lighting, irrigation installation/repair, concrete repair and so much more. We are looking for a full time Account Manager to focus on business-to-business sales development.

Responsibilities include:

· Develop new sales through prospecting, cold-calling and company provided leads.

· Work with existing accounts to develop new sales opportunities and optimize services.

· Participate in the development of marketing and sales strategies.

· Prepare accurate price estimates for services and products.

· Prepare and present written and oral sales proposals, service agreements and RFP’s.

· Attend and/or participate in sales training.

· Attend and/or participate in industry trade shows.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.

· Knowledge of services provided by Tricon (exterior building pressure washing, garage pressure washing, parking lot/garage sweeping, parking lot maintenance, property maintenance, general contracting, commercial lighting, irrigation installation/repair, concrete repair) is a must.

· Excellent oral and written communication.

· Be self-motivated.

· Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation.

This is a Full-time position.

Pay: 40,000-50,000 DOE, plus commission
