Professional Turf Products is the South Central United States premier provider of outdoor beautification solutions. We provide exceptional products from the Toro Company as well as many other topflight manufacturers. We sell to independent dealers, golf courses, schools, municipalities, parks, landscape and irrigation contractors. We cover Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and parts of Louisiana, Arkansas and Missouri. We also have six locations to help provide you the best service. Euless, Texas (D/FW); Houston, TX; Selma, TX; Belton, TX; Broken Arrow, OK and Lenexa, KS.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Maintain schedule of pickups and deliveries with the Shop Manager.
• Know ins and outs of all equipment we sell.
  • Be able to train and provide knowledge of equipment to customers and PTP staff
  • Be available to perform demos to customers when needed
  • Understand when equipment needs to be serviced and relay that information to service advisers and customers
• Assist in optimization of equipment and in customer training.
• Work with Demo Fleet Manager to maintain equipment and keep it presentable; ready for the next day.
• Gain knowledge on small setups and be able to carry these out.
• Perform customer delivery/pickup of equipment and “meets” between branches; connecting with the customer to grow your knowledge.
• Work directly with facilities manager in a unified approach to support branch activities.
• Special Project Assistance as needed.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Excellent aptitude for mechanical as well as electronic technology.
• Will need to be forklift certified when class is available.
• Able to pull a trailer and load equipment safely.
• Thorough and technical knowledge of Toro Commercial Equipment, Irrigation and related products and services.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must possess common sense and solid problem solving skills. Safety is Job 1.
• Ability to work within and contribute as a Team Player supporting all departments.

Other:

• Travel is required with occasional overnights.
