Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide solar solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available financing options
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present proposals to customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in solar technology
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus, but not required
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members

Pay: $116,979.95 - $290,255.00 per year
