Mpower Energy is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Solar Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing solar sales organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in solar sales. As a Bilingual Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and helping homeowners and business owners save money on their electricity bills while making a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads through targeted outbound sales activities
• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and propose customized solar solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $105,397.00 - $301,283.00 per year
