As a B2B Website Sales Representative at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by successfully selling our website solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Actively research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' specific business needs, challenges, and goals. Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine how our website solutions can address their requirements effectively. Present compelling sales proposals and demonstrate the value and benefits of our services.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, business owners, and stakeholders. Maintain regular communication to build trust and credibility. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions tailored to clients' unique business objectives.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Follow up on leads promptly, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales. Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with our web design and development teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project execution. Clearly communicate client requirements, expectations, and timelines to internal teams for successful website implementation.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Continuously update knowledge of website design best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies to effectively position and differentiate our services.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in selling websites, digital solutions, or related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
