We are currently searching for a team member to join our team as a Storm Restoration Account Manager. If you have experience in

• Roof sales
• Property restoration sales
• Wind and hail damage claims or
• Property damage claims

we are interested in talking to you.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients (inbound and outbound), inspecting the exterior homes for storm damage and beginning the claim process
• Assist property owner throughout and act as a liaison for the insurance process
• Support the insurance process with Xactimate
• Meet with adjusters and share accurate detailed property information documentation
• Maintain positive and constant communication with clients
• Must be willing to travel in the local market to customer meetings. Some office time is required to meet successful goals. No overnight travel required.
• Review estimate and contracts with homeowners, business owners and prospective clients
• This position will report directly to owner of company

Required Skills

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Smart phone capable of taking pictures / videos during inspections
• Ability to climb a ladder and be on roofs as required
• Knowledge of roofing terms
• Knowledge of insurance claims terms
• Experience in consultative customer conversations
• Be personally driven, motivated and a good manager of time
• Strong sense of accountability

Preferred Skills

• Xactimate Experience
• Insurance / Mitigation experience
• Ability to proficiently process claim supplements
