Janitorial Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Janitorial Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the janitorial industry, three years of experience and be able to manage a portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of their accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new lead prospects by networking, socializing, and other methods.
• Contact potential customers to develop relationships and sales.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Attend meetings and events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the janitorial industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,706.00 - $76,268.00 per year

• Salem, MA 01970: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
