Because of our growth, we are always looking to add new members to our talented team of tire professionals. Right now, Pomps is urgently hiring for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for a team of Salespeople and developing relationships with new and existing customers to increases the sales of products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet established sales goals
• Conducting regular inventories
• Evaluate customer needs and make product recommendations often by providing hands on explanations as needed
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
• Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer
• Managing staff, including hiring and discipline
• Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 5 or more years of personnel management experience required
• 5 or more years of tire sales/service experience required
• Tire or related industry experience is preferred
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid Drivers License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards
• Some overnight travel will be required
