About you:

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader that has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about making a difference in a dynamic and fast-growing company. This is a high-impact role with high personal and professional growth opportunity for someone that is a big-picture thinker and is strategic in customer acquisition and retention.

Attributes:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required

· You have Proven record of accomplishment in achieving sales, marketing, and corporate goals with minimal direct supervision

· Proven work experiences as a sales leader with minimal of 5 year’s experience

· Proven ability within the consumer- packaged goods industry preferred

· Experience calling on National and regional accounts and/or brokers is preferred

· Demonstrated creativity, situation analysis/problem solving skills and analytical skill ability

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation and training skills

· Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

· Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

· Strong customer service skills including effective communication

· Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

· Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

· You excel in hunting for, finding, and closing new business

· You are a prospecting machine

· You have a passion for sales

· You are coachable and trainable

· You are willing to fail

· You are an effective and authentic communicator - you pick up the phone or show up in person when email won’t do

· Experience with the Natural Channel, International distribution, or Specialty is a plus

About the role:

· Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

· Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to expand categories within key accounts

· Manage relationship with the broker, leveraging their longstanding relationships with retailers and working with their team to develop tactical in-store marketing plans

· Identify and execute display opportunities to drive sales volumes

· The ability to prospect for new business in the US and Internationally

· Work with Sales Manager and Ops team forecasting sales volumes

· Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts

· Lead/support sales presentations

Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours
  • Walking, bending, light lifting to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to drive a car or motor vehicle with a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,167.11 - $76,072.21 per year
