Mining Regional Sales Manager

Franklin, TN

• Conduct sales management activities on a regular basis to keep the sales team aligned and executing at the right pace.


• You will create a sales environment that fosters growth by having the ability to lead a team while creating valuable relationships with your Clients


• Coordinate and control implementation of project, business, and account management tools and processes (CRM, technical database, etc.) throughout the region.


• Help salespeople see the value of driving a balanced pipeline of opportunities through a sales funnel


• Use your knowledge and experience of working within mining, cement, aggregates, and quarrying


• Manage a team of 5-10 Driven Sales Representatives within the Minings, and quarrying industry

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with Mining Services or within the mining industry and a Master's Degree in Engineering ( Required to be considered)


• Previous mining products/ services sales experience. Relevant product knowledge


• Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of regional markets


• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)


• Must have experience dealing with the dealers who sell the company products to the OEMs.


• This position may require occasional travel within the US
