We are recruiting for Account Managersto manage a book of clients and provide leadership and consultative direction on risk management opportunities and program strategies.

As an Account Manager, you are a trusted partner and will build long-term relationships with clients to better understand their individual goals and challenges.

To be successful in these opportunities, team members must possess:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of prior commercial lines experience servicing & managing client relationships of commercial property, commercial auto, workers compensation & general liability

· Prior experience working in an insurance agency/retail broker or insurance carrier environment

· Be a technical expert in a wide spectrum of coverages in insurance products and policies.

· Solid understanding of clients' strategic and fiscal goals

· Ability to develop and implement an annual "stewardship" plan (with support of department service teams)

· Be creative in your partnership and negotiations with underwriters and carrier teams.

· Strategic thinking- must be able to see the big picture for clients' needs and risk management opportunities. This is the key to delivering a Far From Ordinary experience

· Ability to analyze data and make recommendations accordingly
